Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients professionally Manage appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries Maintain client records and appointment systems Coordinate with doctors, therapists, dieticians, and clinic staff Handle billing, payments, receipts, attendance, and basic admin tasks Manage courier handling and office documentation Keep the reception area organized and presentable Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required

Required Skills Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Customer service and multitasking ability Skilled appearance and positive attitude Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
