Data Entry Operator – Billing

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and productive Data Entry Operator for Billing to manage invoice processing, billing data entry, and record maintenance. The candidate will ensure accurate billing information, timely data updates, and proper documentation while supporting the accounts and billing team.

Key Responsibilities Enter billing and invoice data accurately into the system Generate customer invoices and billing statements Verify billing information and correct discrepancies Maintain records of transactions, payments, and invoices Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for billing clarification Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports Ensure confidentiality of financial and customer data Update databases and maintain proper filing systems Handle basic email communication related to billing queries Assist in reconciliation and audit support when required

Required Skills

Good typing speed and accuracy Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software Attention to detail and organizational skills Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage Good communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma holder Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or billing preferred Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply

Based on experience and company standards
