Senior Business Development Executive – IT Sales Location: Onsite – Coimbatore/Banglore Experience: 4–8 years in IT Sales / Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals in the IT services and solutions space. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (web, mobile, cloud, AI, etc.).
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) for successful project execution.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Objectives / KPIs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to closures.
- Increase client retention and repeat business.
- Expand market presence and brand visibility. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT services sales (software development, SaaS, cloud solutions, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a quick-paced environment. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹518,039.82
