Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store, handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Familiarity with Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service practices - Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency - Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining client-centric solutions- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment - Prior experience in retail, especially luxury or jewellery, is an added advantage - Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer management software - MANDATORY: Prior experience in the hotel industry and customer/ service centric roles- Basic computer and CRM proficiency - Only hotel industry experienced candidates apply.
