- Receiving & Organizing: Unload deliveries, inspect items for damage, verify them against purchase orders, and store them logically.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, and conduct routine physical inventory counts.
- Dispatching: Issue materials and supplies strictly against authorized requisitions and track outgoing items.
- Record Keeping: Update inventory management software, log daily transactions, and generate reports for audits.
