Structural Engineer – Concrete (Mandamarri)

The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training in Precast Design. Key Responsibilities
- Structural Design and Analysis
- Design reinforced concrete structures for buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Perform structural analysis using advanced tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE to ensure stability, safety, and efficiency.
- Calculate loads, stresses, and forces to design critical structural elements like foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.
- Documentation and Review
- Prepare and review design reports, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ACI).
- Collaborate with drafting teams to produce detailed and precise structural drawings.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate structural solutions effectively into overall project designs.
- Attend project discussions and provide technical guidance for resolving design challenges.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving
- Stay updated with advancements in precast concrete technologies and structural design software. Qualifications and Skills
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and PROTECTED.
- Strong knowledge of RCC design principles and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with international structural codes and standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
