Techefficio is looking to add to its team an experienced and strategic Solutions Delivery Head / Technical Program Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of multiple, complex technical projects. Employment Type: Full

Role Overview This role will oversee end-to-end project execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear communication.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and optimize delivery timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
- Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Budget & Timeline Oversight: Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success, team performance, and client satisfaction, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Technology Alignment: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s technology strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, and frameworks to drive operational excellence. Experience: 8+ Years
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions delivery, or a similar role, with at least 3 years leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects in custom software, cloud, fintech, healthcare, and automotive.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with C-level stakeholders. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and modern tech stacks (e.g., AWS, Azure, microservices, APIs).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, fast-paced environments. Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications. Key Competencies:
