Description We are seeking a Tech Lead QA to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Tech Lead QA will play a critical role in shaping our testing strategies and mentoring junior team members.Responsibilities Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans. Oversee the design and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best testing practices and methodologies.Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to QA processes and standards. Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve software quality. Skills and Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes. Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
