Team&Capability Development: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the performance marketing team. Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous upskilling within the team. Integrated Strategy Planning: Collaborate with cross-channel teams (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic) to deliver integrated marketing solutions.Operational Excellence: Standardize performance marketing outputs, ensuring consistency in delivery, reporting, and best practices.
