Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development&Execution Partner with PPC Directors and clients to develop data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure campaigns meet defined KPIs, follow best practices, and are optimized for efficiency across platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic). Translate client goals into actionable plans and performance roadmaps.Campaign&Account Management Lead day-to-day campaign execution, including planning, optimization, reporting, and performance tracking. Maintain accountability for timely and budget-compliant delivery of campaigns. Continuously improve campaign structures, bid strategies, targeting, and creatives. Client Communication&Relationship Management Serve as the SME and primary client contact for performance marketing discussions. Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Account Directors and cross-channel teams (SEO, Social, Analytics, Creative) to ensure strategic alignment. Share insights and learnings across teams to drive innovation and enhance performance maturity. Reporting&Insights Deliver regular and ad hoc reports with actionable insights on campaign performance. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and platform dashboards to analyze data and recommend optimizations.
