Associate Director - Programmatic, Mandapeta

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage end-to-end programmatic campaign planning, execution, and strategy for client accounts. Create campaign strategies by understanding brand KPIs, identifying target audiences across demographics, geographies, and platforms, and building effective omni-channel plans.Maintain oversight and proactively manage multiple campaign planning and execution activities. Implement advanced targeting strategies, including cross-device, omni-channel, retail media, CTV, OTT, and DooH. Manage multiple brand accounts and participate in MBRs and QBRs to strengthen client relationships.Drive adoption of a programmatic-first approach across display, video, CTV, and OTT formats. Build, lead, and mentor a programmatic team to ensure skill development and operational excellence. Introduce planning and executional innovations to enhance client KPIs and proactively improve campaign strategies.Lead programmatic pitches, RFP responses, and new business development initiatives. Provide senior client servicing teams with performance insights, reviews, and strategic recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, including AI, ML, rich media formats, and DCO innovations.
