This role is for one of our clients We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital design. You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visuals that align with brand identity and business objectives.Requirements Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets based on project requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging designsEnsure consistency in branding across all design outputs Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Edit and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and advertisementsOptimize designs for different formats and platforms Must-Have Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing visual content Hands-on experience with Canva for quick and scalable design production Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and compositionAbility to create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives (social media posts, ads, etc.) Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like ElevenLabs (for voice/design integrations where applicable)Exposure to Gemini or similar AI tools for enhancing creativity, ideation, or workflow efficiency Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge is a plus Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different mediums Soft Skills Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs Time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlinesWhat We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful design projects A collaborative and creative work environment Exposure to modern design tools and AI-driven technologies Growth opportunities and skill development
