Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries related to finance services and provide excellent support through calls, emails, and chat. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. Assist customers with finance-related queries, account information, transactions, and service requests. Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining service quality standards. Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system. Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Meet individual and team productivity targets. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Eligibility Criteria PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate. Freshers can apply. Positive verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills Customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
