Senior Software Developer (Mangalore)

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong industry experience to work in an evolving AI-assisted development environment. Our teams use modern AI tools (such as Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s codex and similar platforms) to accelerate development, while engineers focus on reviewing, guiding, and ensuring quality. In this role, you will support and supervise engineering efforts, help shape development processes, and ensure that the overall system design and implementation meet industry standards. The role balances technical understanding with team guidance and process improvement.

Required Skills ● Good experience with Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL. ● Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development practices. ● Ability to review code and suggest improvements. ● Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and system workflows. ● Basic knowledge of database design and query optimization. ● Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows. ● Understanding of application security fundamentals. ● Exposure to cloud environments or deployment processes is a plus. ● Openness to working with AI-assisted development tools.
