You will be reaching out to companies that are actively hiring right now to offer them recruitment support. One single successful deal can equal a full month's average salary in your local country. And you can get multiple deals a month.

What You Will Do (It’s Simple, Not Easy) Use our calling software, pre-written scripts, and verified lead lists. Call German hiring managers who are already looking for staff. Ask a few qualifying questions and book a meeting for our senior team. Commitment: Just 1–2 consistent hours per day between 9:00 and 17:00 CET.

Who This Is For (The Perfect Fit) We don’t care about your CV or university degrees. We hire for attitude and voice. This is for you if:
- You love to talk: You are naturally outgoing, chatty, and energetic.
- You have \"thick skin\": You don’t take \"no\" personally. In sales, \"no\" is just part of the game.

- You speak German (B2/C1) and English (B2).
