Accountant (Panchkula)

Job Title: Accountant (preference to CA Inter Qualified) Location: Panchkula,Haryana Job Type: [Full time,onsite] Introduction: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a CA Inter qualification or necessary experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and will be proficient in Tally and Excel. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations including GST.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Generate financial reports using Tally and Excel and analyze financial data to identify trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents and reports.
- Assist with audits and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including payroll, expenses, and invoicing. Required Qualifications:
- CA Inter qualified (must have completed CA Intermediate exams).
- Proficiency in Tally (working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime).
- Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance matters.
- Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage. Desirable Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of accounting software other than Tally is a plus. Benefits:
