Job Description: As a Motion Graphic Designer at Idea Clan, you will be responsible for creating high-quality presentations, video edits, UI/UX designs, animations, motion graphics, and social media content. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to develop visually stunning and effective materials that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos for presentations, product demos, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Develop visually appealing UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Edit video content, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Create visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages and ideas.
- Design and produce social media posts that are on-brand and optimized for various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, and social media content creation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Experience in video editing and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create content that resonates with different audiences.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A passion for design, creativity, and innovation, with a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
