- Greet and welcome guests professionally
• Assist guests with table reservations
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Handle guest queries with excellent communication skills
• Answer phone calls using proper etiquette
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate material issuance
• Support banquet and guest handling operations ???? Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in the hospitality/service industry
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
• JT/IT training from Hotel/Hospitality industry preferred
• Positive understanding of F&B; Service and Banquet Operations
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
