Description
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu guidance. Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas. Ensure tables are properly set before and cleared after each service. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery. Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally. Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the café/restaurant. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
