Academic Advisor (Panchkula)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Counselor – UG Premium Counseling who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, personalized counselling services to undergraduate aspirants targeting top global universities. This is a client-facing, outcome-driven role requiring deep expertise in undergraduate admissions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle high-value student portfolios

The charter for this role will include:
- Own end-to-end premium counselling for undergraduate students aspiring to study abroad (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies
- Guide students on:

-Academic and extracurricular profile building -College shortlisting and application strategy -Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives
- Drive admissions outcomes by ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic rigor
- Manage a portfolio of high-intent, premium clients with strong service ownership
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ops, content, product) to improve counselling experience
- Stay updated on global admissions trends, policies, and university requirements

Ideal Persona:
- 2–5+ years of experience in undergraduate admissions counselling, preferably in premium/Ivy League-focused markets
- Robust understanding of global UG admissions ecosystems
- Proven success in handling high-value students and complex profiles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
- Exposure to process design, tools, or tech-enabled counselling platforms is a plus
- Background in premium education consulting firms or international education startups
