Description
Location: Rajpura Chai Nagri is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and efficiency across our food brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative menus while maintaining brand standards and profitability.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage food costing, inventory control, procurement planning, and wastage reduction.
- Establish and maintain recipe standardization and kitchen SOPs.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to support business growth and new product development. Requirements:
- 8+ years of culinary experience, including leadership experience in a senior kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large kitchen teams.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
