Position Overview Reporting To National Head– Business&Operations Location Manjeri | WFO: 7:00 AM– 2:00 PM | WFH: Post 2:00 PM Verticals Quick Commerce (Dark Stores) | Last Mile E-Commerce Role Summary The Control Tower Representative is the real-time eyes and ears of DropX operations — tracking key metrics across both verticals, publishing data at frequent defined intervals, and calling out anomalies as they occur. The role does not involvedriving or ensuring outcomes; that sits with the ops teams. What it demands is relentless vigilance, data discipline, and the ability to spot and flag deviations the moment they surface. Key Responsibilities Vertical 1– Quick Commerce (Dark Stores) ▸ Track and publish scheduled vs. on-time staff at each dark store location▸ Monitor and report inventory audit completion, expired items removal, and inbound stowing vs. cutoff windows ▸ Publish shift-wise and daily reports at defined intervals; call out anomalies immediately Vertical 2 – Last Mile E-Commerce (Amazon&Flipkart)▸ Track and publish inbound load time adherence, scheduled vs. on-time staff, and OTR exit timings across all hubs ▸ Publish hourly metric reports; observe data in real time and flag any deviations Reporting&Data Publishing▸ Publish all reports at defined frequency — no delays, no gaps ▸ Maintain clean Excel-based trackers and dashboards for both verticals ▸ Flag anomalies with timestamps and context — observation, not diagnosis ▸ Publish daily summary to the National Head – Business&Operations What This Role Is Not Not responsible for fixing issues, following up with field staff, or making operational decisions.
