Role Description

Viewpixel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Rack Server Engineer for an on-site, full time role located in Delhi. The professional will handle day-to-day responsibilities including installation, configuration, and maintenance of rack servers in data centers. Key tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware issues, handling infrastructure-related tasks, managing operating systems, and ensuring smooth database operations. The role will also involve proactive server performance monitoring and ensuring that technology infrastructure supports enterprise IT workloads optimally.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in diagnosing and Troubleshooting hardware and server-related issues
- Experience working with Databases and ensuring their maintenance and optimization
- Knowledge of Infrastructure setups in data center environments
- Familiarity and expertise in Operating Systems, particularly Windows and server environments
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications in hardware, server management, or operating systems are a plus
