- Mivan KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage complete project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through handover and close-out.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules (MS Project / Primavera), monitor progress, and take corrective action on delays.
- Manage project budgets, track cost-to-completion, and control expenditure against approved budgets.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Implement and enforce Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety, Health Environment (SHE) protocols. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate and construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential high-rise or integrated township projects (preferably in NCR/Gurgaon market).
- Experience managing projects of INR 200 Cr+ value independently.
- Exposure to both pre-sales and possession stages of residential development.
