Greetings from Anand Rathi Global Finance !! We are hiring for the position of Deputy Product Manager / Product Manager for our Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi NCR locations. Please find below the brief Job Description for your reference. Region Distribution Planning & Execution: 1. Along with Zonal Head, create detailed distribution plan for entire region and ensure complete execution. 2. Regular GAP analysis to identify under penetrated channels, create highlights and ensure coverage. Regional Channel Relationship Management: 1. Accompany the Zonal Head and build independent relationship with critical regional channel heads to increase traction. 2. Create and ensure execution Zonal Head monthly channel outreach action plan. 3. Create and share weekly TL wise Business update of the region to all focused channels for further traction. 4. Execute the Pan-India channel contests in your region with complete ownership of all data and penetration. 5. Assist in resolution of all channel queries by liaising with HO. 6. Execute the channel engagement initiatives for their region as per the guidance from HO Team. Execute & Manage Sales Team Productivity initiatives for respective region: 1. Create the ASM wise daily huddle plan and ensure execution. 2. Identify the low performers and plan daily interaction in line with HO initiative. Lead the implementation of the Automation initiatives for the region: 1. Ensure accurate implementation of the LOS/LMS platform in your region by liaising with credit and ops team in your region as well as at HO. 2. Ensure complete implementation of the CRM platform across all team members and ensuring completion of all the Monthly, Weekly & Daily updates on the platform. Lead the Region Product Policy Initiatives: 1. Create and maintain the complete Market Benchmarking vis a vis our product offering for your region 2. Work with the regional credit heads in designing the location specific recommendations in the product offering from time-to-time and liaising with HO for implementation. 3. Analyse the region portfolio regularly and recommend action items. Lead the Region Online Leads Management: 1. Own and maintain the complete MIS for the online leads received for the region. 2. Assign the leads to the team members on a round-robin basis. 3. Follow-up on each lead with the assigned member and ensure action and record in MIS. Essential Skills/Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of DSA & Distribution Management. Solid understanding of LAP Product. Prior experience in NBFC (Preferred). Experience working independently and managing key stakeholders.
