You will develop expertise in political narratives, media trends, and communications strategy while delivering insights that shape client decisions. We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals-including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates-with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity. Job Description: Research Associate / Senior Associate
- Associates/Senior Associates will work with team members to develop research inputs for the client. Research Associates are required to conduct in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political narratives, public policies and their impact on the country
- Teams provide insights to stakeholders into the political landscape and progress through continuous reporting and analysis. The job often requires late evening and weekend work.
- While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills and most importantly, on performance. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media, news, and policy developments to track political narratives and public discourse.
- Analyze and conduct qualitative, quantitative and comparative research on media narratives, elections, and policies to generate actionable client insights on a daily basis.
- Prepare talking pointers for PCs, quick rebuttals, research reports and narrative briefs for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Visualize trends through infographics, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support speechwriting, and other teams with content- Social media communications and campaigns. Position Requirements
- The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a prior experience of working in the consulting industry
- The candidate should possess excellent problem solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership and communications skills, clarity on the political narratives.
- This position requires a candidate to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality client outputs. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
- Though not regularly but the candidate should be prepared to work extended hours when client deliverables or project timelines require it. Desired Qualification & Experience
- Minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in Political consulting, Journalism, law firms, economic institutions or similar experience is an added advantage.
