Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site summer internship opportunity for undergraduate or postgraduate students at Viewpixel Pvt. Ltd.'s Delhi location. Interns will be assigned to one of the following domains based on skills and career interests: Human Resources (HR), Sales, Project Coordination, or Finance. Key responsibilities include assisting with domain-specific tasks, conducting research, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and contributing to ongoing projects that support the organization’s operations and goals. Interns will have the prospect to gain hands-on experience and develop cross-functional skills in a professional setting.

Qualifications

- For HR: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;

knowledge of recruitment practices, employee engagement, and HR tools is a plus.
- For Sales: Excellent persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;

familiarity with sales strategies and CRM tools is preferred.
- For Project Coordination: Organizational and time-management skills;

ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and coordinate with teams;

knowledge of project management tools is a bonus.
- For Finance: Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting;

proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and adapt within a professional environment.
