We are looking for a creative and growth-driven marketing qualified who can help us build strong organic visibility, brand authority, and high-quality lead generation across digital platforms. Role Overview We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who understands how to build audience trust, improve organic reach, and create high-engagement educational content. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, YouTube growth, social media branding, and organic lead generation. Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute organic growth strategies across digital platforms
- Improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through SEO
- Manage and grow YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles
- Plan and create high-engagement finance and stock market-related content
- Coordinate webinars, student success stories, and testimonial campaigns
- Work closely with trainers/faculty for educational content planning
- Optimize local SEO and Google rankings for institute branches
- Monitor social media engagement and audience growth metrics
- Work with trainers/faculty for educational content creation Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO & Local SEO
- Experience in content marketing and organic growth strategies
- Understanding of YouTube growth and social media algorithms
- Instagram Reels & LinkedIn marketing knowledge
- Google Business Profile optimization experience
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Creative thinking with strong communication skills
- Understanding of audience engagement and lead conversion Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, finance, or EdTech marketing(4-5 Years )
- WordPress website management knowledge
- Understanding of webinar promotions and WhatsApp marketing
- Portfolio or previous work samples preferred Salary Range: 35-40K Work Timings: 10am
