The function has colleagues who are engaged in business planning, business development, fulfilment of client orders, and sales capability building. The function uses world class processes, cutting edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.

About the Position

We are looking for energetic, high calibre candidates to be part of the MIS & Insights team. The team’s focus is to generate business insights and highlight the opportunities for revenue growth towards achieving the budgeted targets for BCCL Response (Sales). Analyse business performance covering all aspects of revenue, market performance and yield to highlight opportunities and risks for action. Market / competition benchmarking to identify prospect areas. Analyse macroeconomic events / regulatory factors impacting business to create early warning signals / opportunity banks. Define business outlook basis industry trends Highlight areas of improvement for better / simplified reporting and building technology capability for enabling analytics

Areas of Responsibility

Exhibits strong business acumen and understanding of numbers Analytical skills with an eye for detail Executive presence – with solid presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Outlining and storyboarding: Ability to build a logical and engaging outline based on research Experience in writing executive summaries will be an added advantage Ability to develop compelling and analytical data visualizations using one or more tools like Excel, Tableau, or others is preferred. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Hands on, go getter and methodical in approach Collaborative approach in working with cross functional teams Ability to deliver under stretched timelines

Educational Qualifications Required
