Must-Have

Minimum 10 years of experience. Demonstrated strong administration skills across RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Enterprise-grade Linux environments, including System configuration, Troubleshooting, and Performance optimization. Robust proficiency in Bash and Python scripting to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Hands-on experience in System performance tuning, Kernel parameter optimization, and advanced troubleshooting in Linux environments. Extensive experience in IBM AIX system administration within Enterprise environments, including System maintenance, Performance tuning, and Troubleshooting. Practical experience in managing Logical Volume Management (LVM) and configuring storage in AIX environments.

Positive-to-Have
- Practical experience implementing and managing high-availability (HA) and clustering solutions such as Pacemaker and Veritas Cluster. Solid knowledge of Patch management processes, System security hardening, and Vulnerability remediation in Linux & AIX environments.
