Building Design Specialist (Delhi Division)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead architectural design and project management for interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architectural design and project execution, with a focus on creating innovative and client-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and project management for interior and construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
- Utilize 3D software, including SketchUp, to generate visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs of design concepts.
- Prepare and present compelling design presentations and materials for client meetings and project pitches.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite for seamless project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Enhance and manipulate design visuals using Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture, interior design, and construction.
- Develop creative and sustainable design solutions to meet client objectives, budgetary constraints, and project timelines. Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically within interior design and construction projects. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) for creating detailed architectural plans and designs.
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for design visual enhancements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for project documentation, reporting, and communication. Skills and Attributes:
