Role Description

This is an internship role for a Client Servicing Manager located in office in West Delhi. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, managing client communications, and overseeing daily operations. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Qualifications

Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills

Proven ability to manage client communications and customer service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace

Experience in marketing or related field is beneficial
