NPD Manager | Makeup (Delhi Division)

Job Title: NPD Manager – Makeup & Color Cosmetics Location: Delhi (NSP) Department: Product Development / Innovation Experience: 3-5 years

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager specializing in makeup and color cosmetics to lead end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing makeup NPD, strong market understanding, and the ability to drive innovation aligned with brand and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the complete NPD lifecycle for makeup and color cosmetics from concept to commercialization 2. Drive product innovation based on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights 3. Currently handling and owning makeup NPD projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery 4. Work closely with R&D;, formulation labs, packaging teams, and external vendors for product development 5. Manage sourcing of raw materials, pigments, packaging, and cutting-edge components specific to color cosmetics 6. Oversee formulation trials, shade development, texture validation, stability testing, and product approvals 7. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams for product positioning, claims, and go-to-market strategies 8. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards for cosmetic products 9. Monitor project timelines, costing, and margins to ensure commercial viability 10.Lead cross-functional coordination with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams 11. Analyze post-launch performance and drive continuous product improvements Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or related field 2. 3-5 years of experience in NPD/Product Development in makeup and color cosmetics 3. Strong hands-on experience in currently handling makeup NPD (mandatory) 4. In-depth knowledge of formulation, pigments, textures, and packaging in color cosmetics 5.
