Description
We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and professional Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and support the smooth day-to-day administration of the office. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling client front desk management, petty cash management, billing coordination, fee collection follow-ups, office administration, and support functions for the core team.

Qualification & Eligibility

B.Com is mandatory.

Candidates with Post Graduation (PG) qualification will have an added advantage.

Prior experience in front office, administration, billing, or accounts-related roles will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and administrative skills may also apply.

Desired Skills

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).

Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
