Job Responsibilities Attend vehicle breakdown calls at customer locations. Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs at the breakdown spot whenever possible. Provide quick and effective service support to minimize vehicle downtime. Coordinate with the workshop and spare parts team when additional support is required. Maintain proper service reports and customer updates after every visit. Ensure professional customer handling and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow safety and company service standards during field operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in automobile/commercial vehicle service and troubleshooting. Positive technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair. Ability to identify and solve issues independently at customer locations. Willingness to travel for breakdown and field service support. Positive communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of service reporting and mobile/database systems.

Experience Required Minimum 1–3 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits Salary will be provided based on experience and industry standards. Fuel reimbursement will be provided for field visits and breakdown support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
