Kithen Steward- Supervisor Hitech City, near Gachibowli, Hyderabad Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 Immediate Joiner The Kitchen Steward Supervisor is responsible for supervising the stewarding team and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and food service areas. The role ensures proper cleaning of utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas while following hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work of kitchen stewards.
- Ensure all utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment are cleaned properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, washing area, and storage areas.
- Check proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage duty schedules and staff attendance.
- Support kitchen team during busy hours.
- Report maintenance or cleaning issues to management.
- Ensure garbage disposal is done properly.
- Train new stewards on cleaning procedures and safety rules. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of kitchen cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage staff and work under pressure.
- Basic communication skills.
- Hardworking and responsible attitude. Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen cleaning operations.
- Supervisory experience preferred. Education
