Sr Full Stack Developer Java React (Hyderabad)

Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications using Core Java and React, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance across all layers of the application. Architect and implement Microservices using Spring Boot, building RESTful APIs and event-driven services that integrate seamlessly with front-end React components. Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development efficiency, write cleaner code, and reduce time-to-delivery for complex feature requirements. Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers within the Chennai team to improve overall code quality and team capability. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and automated testing frameworks for reliable software releases. Translate business requirements and UI/UX wireframes into fully functional, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript ES6+ standards. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, contributing accurate estimations and consistent delivery of committed user stories. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt across both backend Java services and frontend React applications to ensure long-term system reliability.
