- DCS Systems (Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, Yokogawa CENTUM VP, Foxboro IA, Wonderware) Responsibility Lead the APC projects endtoend for sectors of Oil Gas Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals Execute APC projects including assessment kickoff pretest plant test design modelling configuration installation commissioning and postaudit Reviewing and tuning PID control structures and creating the APC functional design Key Competencies
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 57 years of relevant APC experience
- 35 years of experience in implementing multiple APC projects from start to finish of using Aspen DMCplus DMC3 softwares
- Experience of APC project implementation in Chemical Industry will be added advantage
- Solid background and fundamentals in Process Operation Process Simulations Thermodynamics Mass transfer and Heat Transfer
- Knowledge of regulatory control and advanced control
- Experience working with DCS system of Foxboro IA Emerson Delta V Wonderware Honeywell Experion Yokogawa CENTUM VP among others
- Interested in working with customers and willing to travel 40 of time
