- Prepare daily meals as per household requirements, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
- Plan balanced and nutritious menus, catering to dietary preferences and health needs.
- Cook a variety of South Indian, North Indian, and Continental dishes with consistency and quality.
- Manage grocery inventory and kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Accommodate special meal requests, festivals, or guest events.
- Ensure food safety, storage, and waste management practices.
- Collaborate with the household staff and family for meal planning and timing. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a private household, restaurant, or hospitality workplace.
- Proficiency in South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, kitchen safety, and food handling practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage a home kitchen efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate and stay in provided accommodation.
