Responsibilities: 1. Technology Strategy and Innovation:
- Define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with client needs. Collaborate with senior executives (CTO, CIO, CDO) and their teams to shape the end-to-end vision driving success and long-term value for our clients.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies; provide our clients with the latest solutions in the space of – Java, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, and DevOps.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the delivery teams.
- Business Growth:
- Lead business development through pre-sales, solution design, and RFP processes.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the client accounts.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Provide thought leadership and technical advisory to clients to solve complex business challenges.
- Work with multiple clients spread across multiple industries and geographies, with a focus on driving account growth and increasing client base.
- Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Project Delivery and Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.
- Ability to hire high quality talent at scale, build teams to deliver to client requirements, including managing bench and project downtime efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and mentor high-performing teams with a focus on continuous learning.
- Drive collaboration and fungibility within the teams to work across projects and clients. Qualifications:
- Experience: 15-20 years in IT services, with expertise in solution architecture, account management, delivery management, and client relationship management.
- Technical Skills:Hands on experience leading large technology projects including cloud transformation, microservices, AI/ML, data platforms and enterprise software and architecture.
- Soft Skills:Solid leadership and communication skills with experience working with cross functional teams and international clients. Experience in sales and business development.
- Education: Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
