Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Hyderabad, with a compensation potential of up to 5 LPA. The Real Estate Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable residential or commercial options. Daily activities include making outbound calls, conducting site visits, giving property presentations, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining an updated pipeline of leads, coordinating with developers or property owners, and ensuring smooth completion of documentation and transactions. The consultant will also track market trends, participate in regular sales reviews, and collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge or interest in Real Estate and Real Property , including local Hyderabad market dynamics and property types.
- Proven or demonstrable aptitude in Sales , with the ability to manage leads, deliver persuasive presentations, and work toward revenue targets.
- Effective Negotiation skills to facilitate win-win deals between clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to participate in or deliver Training sessions related to products, processes, or sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric and ethical approach to advisory.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings and frequent field visits across Hyderabad.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools for tracking leads and updating records.
