**Job Summary** Data- The TL-Performing Servicing role requires a dedicated professional with 6 to 8 years of experience to manage and enhance servicing operations. The candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Excel and preferably have experience in Customer Service and Quality Control Analyst within the mortgage domain. This office-based night shift role focuses on optimizing processes and ensuring client satisfaction. **Responsibilities** The Team Leader for Quality Control Analyst executes the Servicing Quality Control Plan and ensures that the company is satisfying its quality control requirements relative to his or her assigned process audits. He or she conducts quality control reviews in accordance with the prescribed audit schedule designed to comply with compliance monitoring investor requirements policies and procedures. The Quality Control Analyst demonstrates proficiency in understanding mortgage servicing guidelines regulations auditing and testing of complex mortgage servicing processes. This auditing professional completes assignments ahead of deadlines with significant attention to detail without sacrificing quality. Quality Control Analysts require minimal supervision and produce highly defendable work products. Qualification Graduate any discipline 5 plus years of overall experience in BPO from Mortgage servicing domain Skill Sets 6 plus years experience in Mortgage servicing domain overall Have worked in any operation quality or Internal audit process for minimum 1 plus years Well versed with various servicing guidelines strong knowledge in mortgage agency and investor requirements Good research skill and outstanding eye for details Has prepared Audit methods Audit testing scripts questionnaire Familiarity with mortgage servicing loan servicing systems QC software e.g. ACES or TenA Second Look Black Knight preferred but not mandatory Strong written and verbal communication able to co-ordinate external client stakeholders regularly Ready to work in US shifts Able to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Certifications Required** + Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
