The role requires deep functional mortgage knowledge, consulting mindset, and robust stakeholder management experience **Location** : Chennai / Bangalore **Notice Period** : Immediate to 90 days' notice period. **Experience** : 9+ Years **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and deliver consulting engagements in UK / European / US Mortgage domain + Work across the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle, including: + Mortgage Origination + Credit Assessment & Underwriting + Loan Administration & Servicing + Collections, Arrears & Foreclosure + Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions + Engage with business and technology stakeholders to drive mortgage transformation initiatives + Support regulatory and compliance-driven mortgage programs (UK / EU markets) **Business Analysis Skills:** ·
- Led requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to capture critical business needs.
· -Developed comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). ·
- Created detailed As-Is and To-Be process flows that clearly illustrate current operations and future improvements. ·
- Extensive experience in translating requirements into EPICs, user stories, and functional specifications, while working in Agile environments and throughout the SDLC.
