Non Litigation Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct property title verification and draft title reports based on the review of historical ownership documents.
- Kannada reading is must.
- Perform due diligence for land and property transactions across urban and rural areas.
- Review and summarize Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates, and other relevant property records.
- Assist in drafting and vetting agreements such as Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney.
- Maintain organized legal documentation and reports for clients or internal use.
- Support senior lawyers during real estate transactions, client queries, and compliance audits. Litigation Key Responsibilities:
