Requirement / System Engineer ( Must have POLARION & CATIA …, Vijaypur

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer with robust experience in Automotive / EV systems and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

The candidate will be responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis, lifecycle management, and traceability while working closely with cross-functional development teams.

This role requires expertise in requirements engineering tools, system modelling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality system and product requirements.

4+ years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Systems Engineering within Automotive / EV / Agricultural equipment domains.

* POLARION ( Mandatory)

* CATIA ( Mandatory)

*IBM DOORS / 3DX / similar requirement management platforms

* Strong knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML modelling.

* Experience with system architecture development and requirements traceability.

* Exposure to scripting languages such as Python is an advantage.

* Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN) is preferred.

* Good organizational, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.

* Experience working in global cross-functional teams will be a plus.
