Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Operations Strategy & Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.

This role requires a strong leader who can align organizational goals with execution, oversee complex programs, foster innovation, and build strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program management, business transformation, and change management expertise, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable business results while leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities Translate strategic business priorities into actionable plans with clear performance metrics and measurable outcomes.

Lead and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to improve operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency.

Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.

Oversee multiple concurrent programs and projects, managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.

Establish and enhance operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and performance management processes.

Foster a culture of quality, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Champion innovation and encourage teams to identify and implement process enhancements and operational efficiencies.

Build and maintain strong executive-level stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and organizational alignment.

Mentor and develop teams, promoting professional growth and leadership capabilities.

Drive business transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and revenue growth.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to leadership teams.

Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.

Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Strategy, Program Management, Business Transformation, or related domains.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale strategic programs and enterprise initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications MBA from a reputed institution or other relevant advanced degree.

Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, PMP, Agile, or related disciplines.

Experience establishing, scaling, or maturing Project Management Offices (PMO) and governance frameworks.

Solid understanding of business intelligence, analytics platforms, and work management tools.

Experience leading initiatives that positively impact revenue growth, customer experience, and operational performance.

Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management and transformation programs.

Proven ability to organize and facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
