Inside Sales Executive (Mathikere)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively
- Provide accurate information related to services and processes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction on every interaction
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team
- Maintain call quality, productivity, and process standards
- Update customer details and call notes accurately in the system Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in BPO / Customer Support / Inbound Process
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Pay: ₹15,000.00
