Financial Analyst (Mavelikara)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure financial health and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions


- Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability


- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning


- Monitor key financial metrics and perform variance analysis


- Support budgeting, financial planning, and fund allocation across departments


- Track fund utilization and ensure efficient use of resources


- Monitor cash flow and overall financial health of the business


- Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce financial wastage


- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies


- Collaborate with teams and prepare management reports and financial summaries

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.


- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.


- Solid Quantitative, Financial and Analytical skills


- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
