Information Technology Support Engineer Mavelikara

Maintain and monitor company IT infrastructure including computers, servers, and networks. Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system, network, and application issues. Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions. Monitor system performance and network connectivity. Implement data backup procedures and ensure data security. Follow cyber-security best practices to protect company systems and data. Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and technical support. Maintain IT asset records, licenses, and documentation. Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up or disabling system access and devices.

Requirements B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or Diploma in Computer Engineering. Proven experience in IT support is a plus. Robust knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting. Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
