- Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction works
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other on-site personnel
- Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory tracking
- Ensure site safety compliance and documentation
- Handle basic surveying and leveling tasks
- Report issues or deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- 1–3 years of site experience preferred (freshers may apply for trainee roles)
- Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and measurements
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic site documentation
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
